Faraaz Amzar is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group of Cavenagh Law LLP.

Faraaz has experience in various contentious litigation and arbitration matters and is also experienced in government investigations and regulatory enforcement and sanction matters.

Prior to joining Cavenagh Law LLP, Faraaz was a Magistrate with the State Courts of Singapore, a Justice's Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore, as well as a Deputy Public Prosecutor with the Attorney-General's Chambers, Singapore.

Acted for a Singapore company in relation to allegations of fraud and conspiracy, involving applications for worldwide Mareva and freezing proprietary injunctions
Acted for a major state-linked company to set aside an arbitral award
Advised multinational companies in the technology and healthcare sectors on sanctions, anti-bribery, data privacy, employment, and cybersecurity matters, including those pending litigation*
Represented pharmaceutical companies in relation to potential DOJ and SEC litigation for bribery and books-and-records violations in India*
Prosecuted financial crimes in Singapore*
