- Janice Goh, who has extensive experience in a wide range of contentious and advisory matters with a particular emphasis on financial regulatory and corporate investigations and enforcement matters, including regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Her expertise in white-collar crime includes market misconduct, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering. She also regularly advises on employment law, particularly in employment disputes in the context of wider internal or regulatory investigations.
Janice has been recognised by Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a "Next Generation Partner" in the category of Financial Services Regulatory. She has also been recognised by the Singapore Business Review as one of "Singapore's most influential lawyers aged 40 and under".
