Ashely Loh is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group of Cavenagh Law LLP.
Ashley has broad-based experience in litigation in the Singapore courts and in arbitration matters, and also in managing and advising on internal investigations.
- Advised and assisted several multinational companies and financial institutions with internal investigations into alleged employee misconduct (including allegations of fraud)**
- Advised a multinational insurer on SIAC proceedings and associated foreign court proceedings arising from a reinsurance agreement and allegations of fraud**
- Acted for a South Korean engineering company in an ICC arbitration against a Canadian company over claims arising from a failed joint venture, with claims and counterclaims in excess of US$250 million
- Acted for directors of a listed company in the first civil claim in Singapore brought by investors, for breach of statutory duties under the Securities and Futures Act**
- Acted for a high-net-worth private bank in Singapore court proceedings over the validity of margin calls and allegedly wrongful trading **
