- Acting for a Singapore government-linked joint venture entity in a US$ 254.7 million claim in a dispute arising out of a suite of agreements for the construction of a coal-fired power plant in Andhra Pradesh, India. The agreements comprises contracts for the civil construction and erection works, supply (ex-works), supply (C&F), on-shore and off-shore services, and are subject to arbitration in India **
- Acting for a subsidiary of a French-listed company in a SGD 62 million claim in a dispute arising out of alleged design and workmanship defects in the construction of a major office building before the Singapore High Court and the Court of Appeal (Millenia Pte Ltd v Dragages Singapore Pte Ltd [2019] 4 SLR 1075) **
- Acting for the receivers and managers of a petrochemical plant against creditors in a US$ 50 million claim involving issues of insolvency and equitable set-off, decrystallisation and the effect of a clause prohibiting assigment before the Singapore High Court and the Court of Appeal (BP Singapore Pte Ltd v Jurong Aromatics Corp Pte Ltd [2020] 1 SLR 627) **
