Janice Goh is a counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
She specialises in and advises financial institution clients regularly on financial services regulatory work and dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on investigations and enforcement. Janice has advised on some of the most complex and high-profile cross-jurisdictional regulatory investigations in recent years, including the LIBOR/FX benchmark investigations and cross-border anti-money laundering investigations in relation to the 1MDB scandal. In addition, Janice has advised and represented clients in litigation including third party civil claims arising out of or in connection with financial regulatory investigations. She also regularly advises financial institutions and multinational corporations on anti-bribery and compliance issues.
Janice is recognised as a "Next Generation Lawyer" by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific in the category of Financial Services Regulatory and as one of "Singapore's most influential lawyers under 40" by the Singapore Business Review. She practised in Hong Kong with Clifford Chance before moving to Clifford Chance Singapore. Janice is admitted in Singapore and England and Wales.
