Tan Tian Yi is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She advises financial institutions, banks and multi-national corporations on a broad range of contentious matters, including multi-million dollar breach of contract claims, joint venture disputes, minority oppression, fraud and asset recovery matters.
Tian Yi enjoys advocacy and regularly represents clients in Court and arbitration proceedings. In 2019, she was appointed as an amicus curiae in a High Court matter, where she was commended by a High Court judge for her "detailed and thoughtful submissions".
