Paul Sandosham heads the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources (Disputes) practice for South East Asia. He focuses on dispute resolution (litigation & international arbitration) in the energy, power, oil & gas, infrastructure, construction, engineering, rail, transport, utilities, natural resources, international trade and commodities sectors.
Paul acts as counsel in court and international arbitration proceedings (under ICC, SIAC, DIAC, ADCCAC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ICSID etc. Rules) for various parties in disputes arising out of complex cross-border disputes. Paul is a qualified Chartered Arbitrator. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He is recognised as a leading dispute resolution practitioner in numerous independent legal directories. He is a Senior Accredited Specialist for Building & Construction. He is a member of the Promotion of Singapore Law Committee for construction and he chairs the committee tasked with drafting a protocol for dealing with construction disputes. He is also the Chairman of the Law Reform Sub-Committee for construction law. He is member of the Law Society ADR Committee and chairs the International Arbitration Sub-Committee. Paul has served as Vice-Chairman, Honorary Secretary, Treasurer and Council Member of the Society of Construction Law (Singapore).
